敬爱的老师们，亲爱的同学们：

大家上午好！我是来自初二10班的吴雨泽，很荣幸能够有机会作国旗下讲话，我今天演讲的题目是《以奋进姿态迎接充满希望的2023年》。

Dear teachers and students,

Good morning, everyone! I'm Wu Yuze from Class 10. I am happy to have the chance to speak here. The title of my speech today is "Welcoming the Year of Hopeful 2023".

光阴似箭，岁月如梭。2022年已悄然离去。这一年，我们见证了党的二十大胜利召开，也欣赏了精彩绝伦的世界杯；我们看见冬奥赛场的谷爱凌，也看见高温下的户外劳动者；我们看见空间站的航天员，也看见风雪中的牧羊人；我们看见朋友圈里的“两道杠”，也看见邻里之间传递的布洛芬……身前的影，背后的光，看见是共情的起点，那些火与冰、笑与泪，让世界如此参差与真实。在这迈进2023之际，我想就防疫和学习、工作、生活与各位师生分享我的四个观点：

Time is like an arrow. It has quietly left in 2022. This year, we saw the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and enjoyed the wonderful World Cup; we saw Gu Ailing at the Winter Olympics and outdoor workers in high temperatures; We saw the "two bars" in WeChat Moments.The shadow in front of us, the light behind us, and the light behind us, and the beginning of empathy. As we enter 2023, I would like to share my four views with teachers and students on epidemic prevention and study, work and life:

第一、疫情，正确认识

我们身边近期大部分师生感染奥密克戎后，99%以上的人2周左右就能完全恢复，大家基本上都是居家隔离、观察治疗，遵医嘱吃点解热镇痛退烧的药就能够缓解症状。

在此，请大家努力做到：加强体育锻炼，合理起居，保证充足的营养摄入，提高自身免疫力，这是静心学习的基础；不放松个人防护，按照防疫规定和要求，慎终如始，这是静心学习的关键；保持良好稳定情绪，坦然面对环境和心境的变化，理解和接纳负面情绪，这是静心学习的保障；不传谣不信谣，学习身边榜样，宣扬正面典型，时刻充满正能量，处处都有“微”激励，这是静心学习的动力。

First, correct understanding of the epidemic

After most of the teachers and students around us have recently been infected with Omikron, more than 99% of the people can fully recover in about 2 weeks. Here, please strive to strengthen physical exercise, live reasonably, ensure adequate intake, which is the basis of learning;

Don't spread rumors or believe in rumors, learn from the examples around you, promote positive models, always be full of positive energy, and have "micro" incentives everywhere. This is the driving force for meditation.

第二、友善，温暖你我

身处“百年未有之大变局”的时代，又叠加新冠疫情，眼下这场“没有硝烟的战争”，大家可能会为此感到无助、焦虑和压抑，这都能够理解。所以，无论何时何地，我都希望大家要做一个善良的人。不管是金钱的诱惑，还是利益的驱使，甚至是情绪的波动，都不要被眼前的虚无繁华遮了眼，伤害了身边亲近的人。善良它不仅是存在于内心的一种美德，它更应该是在人生过程中的种种实践。当别人需要你的帮助时，请你不要吝啬，友爱地伸出你的援助之手。锦上添花固然美好，雪中送炭价值更高，世界将因你的举手之劳变得更加美好。

Second, be friendly and warm you and me.

In the era of "great changes not seen in a hundred years", coupled with the COVID-19 epidemic, at present, this "war without gunpowder smoke" may feel helpless, anxious and depressed, which can be understood. Therefore, whenever and wherever I am, I hope that everyone will be a kind person.Kindness is not only a virtue that exists in the heart, but also a variety of practices in the process of life. When others need your help, please don't be stingy and lend your helping hand. Of course, the icing on the cake is beautiful, and the value of sending in the snow is higher, and the world will be better because of your handwork.

第三、时间，永远公平

时光飞逝，转眼这个学期已接近尾声。在这期末复习最紧张的时刻，需要提醒同学们：学习是以时间作保证的，同学们要在各科任老师的指导下，合理安排学习时间，高效进行复习备考。成功的取得来自于你每一天扎扎实实的付出，来自于你每一节课认认真真的投入，来自于你每一环节兢兢业业的落实。

Third, time is always fair.

Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, this semester is coming to an end. At the most intense moment of review at the end of this semester, it is necessary to remind students that learning is guaranteed by time. Under the guidance of teachers in various subjects, students should reasonably arrange their study time and review and prepare for the exam efficiently.

Success comes from your solid dedication every day, from your serious investment in every lesson, and your implementation of every link.

第四、奋进，正当其时

三年来，我们无时无刻不在讨论疫情，但我要告诉大家的是，它终究还是会过去，它也仅仅只是人类进程中的一个小插曲，而人类的发展和辉煌的人生会永远向前。同学们，眼下疫情防控仍处于紧要关头，我们的学业也处在关键时期。初一初二的同学感受到了课程改革带来的变化，将会参加全省统一的高中升学与毕业考试，初三的同学离中考只有6个多月。轻伤不下火线，胜利从来都是留给坚持者。

Fourth, forge ahead, at the right time

For three years, we have been discussing the epidemic all the time, but I want to tell you that it will still pass after all. It is just a small episode in the human process, and human development and good life will always move forward. Students, the prevention and control of the epidemic is still at a critical juncture, and our studies are also in a critical period.Students in the first and second year will take the  high school entrance. Students in the third year have only more than six months away from the high school entrance exam. If you are slightly injured, you can't get off the line of fire, and victory is always for those who stick to it.

浪潮涌过的大海，波澜壮阔；挫折炼过的人生，璀璨缤纷。老师们、同学们，新的一年，需要全体教职员工爱岗敬业、勤奋工作、立足岗位创造一流业绩；需要全体同学刻苦学习、立志成材、全面发展，用优异成绩向幸福兔年春节献礼！

The sea surging through the waves is great, and the life refined by setbacks is bright and colorful. Teachers and students, in the new year, it is necessary for all faculty and staff to love their jobs and dedication, work hard; all students need to study hard, develop in an all-round way, and pay gifts to the Happy Spring Festival of the Happy Year of the Rabbit with good results!

最后，衷心祝愿全体滨河淮外人身体健康，祝愿我们大美滨河各项事业蒸蒸日上，祝愿伟大祖国繁荣昌盛！我的发言到此结束，谢谢大家!
