大家早上好！今天我国旗下讲话的主题是《理性消费莫攀比 勤俭节约是美德》。

古人说“一粥一饭,当思来处不易;半丝半缕,恒念物力维艰。”毛主席一生节俭，9年没有添一件新衣服。周总理的衬衣多处打过补丁，白领子和袖口是换过几次的。雷锋的袜子总是补了穿，穿了又补，舍不得买双新的。自古以来，勤俭节约、艰苦朴素是中华民族的传统美德，也是践行社会主义核心价值观的生动体现。
The ancients said, "Any meal are hard to come by; Even half of them are not easy to find." Chairman Mao was frugal all his life, and he did not add any new clothes for nine years. Premier Zhou's shirt has been patched in many places, and the white collar and cuffs have been changed several times. Lei Feng's socks are always patched, and when they are patched, they are reluctant to buy a new pair. Frugality are the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the vivid embodiment of practicing the core socialist values.

   
同学们，你们知道现在菜市场的猪肉是多少钱一斤吗？小青菜又是多少钱一斤？一个家庭、一顿午餐、一天开销又是多少钱？由于俄乌战争的影响，世界范围内小麦价格大幅上涨，油气供应严重短缺，肉制品、鸡蛋类、米面、粮油、水果的价格都不同程度地上涨。每天，我们文明监督岗同学站在饭盆回收处，看到部分同学将大量没吃完的饭菜倒掉的时候，心里感到非常痛心。
Boys and girls, do you know how much the pork in the market is now? How much is the green vegetables? How much is the cost of a family, a lunch and a day? Due to the impact of the Russian-Uzbekistan war, the price of wheat rose sharply worldwide, the supply of oil and gas was in serious shortage, and the prices of meat products, eggs, rice, oil, and fruit rose to varying degrees. Every day, our civilized supervisor stood at the rice recycling station and felt very sad when he saw that some students dumped a large number of unfinished meals.

 
大家不妨低头看看自己脚上的鞋子。曾几何时，鞋子成了大家相互攀比和炫耀的物品。有的鞋子动辄大几百元甚至上千元，有的同学一支笔都是好几十元。

You may look down at your shoes. Once upon a time, shoes have become the objects that people compare and show off to each other. Some shoes often cost hundreds or even thousands of yuan. and some students pay tens of yuan for a pen.

以上这些，与我们同学的的金钱观和消费观有关。班主任刘老师曾对我班同学的金钱观念和消费观念进行了问卷调查。对于“有钱就能办到一切”的这一观点，96%的同学是不同意的，并且统计数据显示97%的同学认为：拥有金钱的多少不能作为衡量一个人是否成功的唯一标准。并且100%的同学认为勤俭节约是一种精神，更是一种美德，永远不会过时。

These are related to our classmates' views on money and consumption. Teacher Liu, the head teacher, once conducted a questionnaire survey on the students' ideas of money and consumption in our class. 96% of the students disagreed with the view that "money can do everything", and the statistics showed that 97% of the students believed that the amount of money could not be the only criterion to measure a person's success. And 100% of the students think that thrift is a spirit and a virtue, which will never be outdated.

 
亲爱的同学们，我们的生活水平越来越高了，生活品质也越来越好了，但依然需要传承勤俭节约的美德。勤俭不是小气，而是一种文明！节约每一度电，及时关掉日光灯、投影仪等；节约每一滴水，用完水后或见到滴水的水龙头应及时拧紧；节约每一粒米，文明用餐，节约粮食，不偏食、不挑食；节约每一张纸，不随浪费餐巾纸和厕所用纸；节约每一本书，把闲置用书捐献，最大限度的发挥每一本书的作用。正所谓：节约一小步，文明一大步！

Dear students, our living standard is getting higher and higher, and the quality of life is getting better and better, but we still need to inherit the virtue of thrift. Frugality is not mean, but a civilization! Save every kilowatt-hour of electricity, turn off the lamps, projectors in time. Save every drop of water, and tighten the tap in time after using water or seeing water dripping; Save every grain of rice, eat in a civilized way, save food, and do not be partial or picky; Save every piece of paper and do not waste napkins and toilet paper; Save every book, donate spare books, and maximize the role of every book. Just as the saying goes: save a small step, civilization a big step!


习主席曾强调：“不论我们国家发展到什么水平，不论人民生活改善到什么地步，艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约的思想永远不能丢。”正如习总书记所强调的一样，我们必须牢记，艰苦奋斗，勤俭节约。当此实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇期，光荣的历史使命，宏伟的奋斗目标，复杂的内外环境，都呼唤我们大兴艰苦奋斗之风，厉行勤俭节约，反对铺张浪费，集中力量办大事。

As the President Xi emphasized, we must keep in mind that hard work and thrift are not only an important guarantee for our development and growth along the way, but also an important guarantee for us to carry on and open up and create a bright future. At this historical juncture of achieving the "two centenary" goals, the glorious historical mission, the ambitious goals and the complex internal and external environment all call for us to greatly promote the spirit of hard work, strictly implement thrift , oppose waste, and concentrate on doing great things.
