尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
早上好！今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《新起点，新征程》。
回首刚刚过去的一年，振奋与激情，成功与喜悦，这一切都交织在一起，许许多多的人和事，让我们铭心刻骨，真情难忘。在过去的一年里，我校师生团结一心，扎实工作，开拓创新，各项工作取得了长足的进步，校园建设进一步发展，常规管理落实到位并不断深化，教育教学质量稳步提升，学校无一例安全事故发生等等。这些成绩的取得离不开我们每一位师生的辛勤努力，得到了社会各界的肯定。
Dear teachers and classmates,
good morning! The topic of our speech today is "New Start, New Journey."
Let's look back to the year that has just passed. Excitement and passion, success and joy are all twisted. Lots of people and things leave us great memories. In the past year, teachers and students of our school have united as one, work hard, and have made great progress in different tasks. The school construction has further developed, routine management has been put in place, and the quality of education and teaching has improved. These can't be done without the hard work of each of our teachers and students. All of these have been admitted by all sectors of society.
站在新的起航线上，我们整装待发，准备扬帆启程。新的一年要有新气象，新面貌，新的一年要成为我们成长的新起点。我们要用辛勤的劳动，播下希望的种子，要用艰辛的汗水教官希望的花朵。在此，我向同学们提出几点要求：
1、自觉遵守校规校纪。我们要用《中学生守则》和《中学生日常行为规范》严格规范自己的言行，努力做到：积极进取，遵规手机，热爱劳动，勤俭节约，爱护公物，文明礼貌，孝敬父母，尊敬师长，在日常生活中不说脏话，不抽烟，不喝酒，不寻衅滋事，不浏览不健康网站。同学之间要团结友爱，和睦相相处，努力租到严于律己，宽以待人，与人为善。
Standing on the new starting line, we are ready to move on. The new year must have a new look, and the new year must become a new starting point for our growth. We must use the hard work to sow the seeds of hope, and use the hard-working sweat to water the flowers of hope. Here, I make a few requests to all classmates:
1. Abide by school rules. We must use the "Code for Middle School Students" and "Code of Daily Behavior for Middle School Students" to regulate our words and deeds. We need to achieve these: working hard, abiding by rules, loving laboring, being thrift, protecting public goods, respecting parents and teachers. In our daily life, no smoking, no drinking, no causing troubles, no browsing unhealthy websites. Students should unite and love each other, live in peace, and be strict with themselves and be kind to others.
2、勤奋学习，苦练技能，我们要端正学习态度，刻苦钻研，努力拼搏，增强学习动力，积极参与课堂活动，专心听讲勤做笔记，认真完成作业，在学习中充分发挥主观能动性，制定切合实际的学习计划，不断提高基础知识水平和能力。
3、培养自立意识，学会独立生活，要在生活中树立自立意识，培养自己的自理能力。学会自理，这将是你一生受益无穷的宝贵财富。
2. Study hard and work hard. we must correct the attitude of learning, study hard, work hard, enhance the motivation for learning, actively join in classroom activities, concentrate on listening and taking notes, finish homework carefully, and learn to study by ourselves. Make a learning plan to improve the basic knowledge level and ability.
3. Train self-reliance and learn to live on our own. It is important to build self-reliance in life and your own self-care ability. Learning to take care of yourself, this will be an invaluable treasure for your life.
成功不是“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开”的天赐美景，而是“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”的艰苦奋斗，不懈的努力，是我们取得成功的不二法门，远大的理想，要靠艰苦的奋斗来实现。在新的起点上，远航的汽笛已经长鸣，进军的号角已经吹响，让我们抓住每分每秒，让我们迎着朝阳，带着希望，认准目标，向着胜利，义无反顾的奋勇前进吧！

Success is not the god-given beauty of "a sudden spring breeze comes in, and thousands of trees and pears bloom", but the struggle and efforts of "silk torches to the end of the spring silkworm, and the tears of the wax torch to dry". The only way to achieve this goal is to achieve it through hard work.
