大家好，我演讲的题目是《生命因运动精彩，体育让梦想成真》。

在古希腊奥林匹亚山上刻着这样一句格言：“如果你想变得睿智，跑步吧；如果你想健康，跑步吧；如果你想更加健美，跑步吧。”是的，“生命在于运动”，没有扎实的根基，万丈高楼无从崛起；没有强健的体魄，平生之志只能成为海市蜃楼。

Hello everyone, the topic of my speech is life is wonderful because of sports, and sports make dreams come true.

In the ancient Greek Olympia, there is such a saying: "If you want to be wise, run; if you want to be healthy, run; if you want to be fitter, run." Yes, Life is in movement, no a solid foundation, there is no rise in high-rise buildings, without a strong body, the mind of life can only become a mirage.

与运动相伴，必将使我们拥有强健的体魄、健康的心灵、青春的活力。生命需要运动，运动孕育精彩。篮球场上，那一次次完美进球是团队的合作；拔河现场，那一声声呐喊是集体的宣誓；绿茵跑道上，每一幕向终点的全力冲刺彰显着对成功的追求；撑杆跳高，每一个向上的高度都昭示着梦想与拼搏。运动——它永远诠释着生命的最高境界，永远展示着团结的真正内涵，永远印证着努力的最后回报。运动让梦想变成现实，让生命更加精彩!

Accompanied by sports, we will have a strong body, a healthy heart, and a youthful vitality. Life needs exercise, and exercise is wonderful. On the basketball court, the perfect goal is the team's cooperation; the tug-of-war scene, the scream is a collective oath; on the green runway, the full-strength sprint of each scene to the end point highlights the pursuit of success; the pole vault, each height of the show is a dream and hard work. Movement - it always interprets the highest realm of life, always showing the true meaning of unity, and always confirms the final return of efforts. Exercise makes dreams come true and makes life more exciting!

中国女排又一次勇夺世界杯冠军，再次向世人展现了顽强拼搏，永不放弃的女排精神，这也是新时代的中国精神，那决杀夺冠的瞬间，令无数国人热泪盈眶，深感自豪。这就是运动的魅力，生命因运动而精彩，体育让梦想成真。

The Chinese women's volleyball team once again won the World Cup championship, once again showing the world the  struggle, never giving up the spirit of the women's volleyball team. This is also the Chinese spirit of the new era. The moment of the death of the champion, the countless people are deeply filled with tears. This is the charm of sports, life is wonderful because of sports, and sports make dreams come true.

同学们，金色的阳光召唤着我,召唤着你，让我们蓄积能量，共同迎接下周学校即将举行的秋季运动会吧。一起运动，让我们感受生命的精彩，梦想的绽放，一起运动，让我们梦想成真，用激情和汗水谱写人生与中国的辉煌！
